How long has it been since I walked? Many of you guys prefer to run and exercise but some of us just love to walk as a way to de-stress. It’s easy, free and so relaxing! There are so many benefits of walking. One of the lightest and most relaxing sports I've always loved to do.
And there’s something about the rhythm of walking that can be strangely satisfying. Maybe it’s because you can meander, observing things along the way. Maybe it's because you're interacting with your environment at a very different level than if you were in a car or on a motorcycle.
